Paint Woodside Road Unit - Lounge, Bathroom and exterior

We have a three bedroom unit which has not been painted for a few years. We want the combined lounge/kitchen, laundry and bathroom walls and ceiling painted. Also want the outdoor window frames and exterior boards painted. The unit is brick and tile but does include some white wood panels and the joinery is wooden, painted white (but very old paint) The property is tenanted now but will be vacant on 24/2. The job needs to be done on the week starting 25/2 and finished by 1/3. It may be possible to do the external work before then, but the internal work must be done on these dates; with a plan to re-rent the place from 1/3.
