Romano Apartment Interior Painting

Need to get a 75m2 apartment (floor area) repainted. In the Romano Apartment complex (75 Anzac Ave, Central Auckland). Total surface area to be painted (walls, trim, doors, ceiling, cabinetry) is ~250m2. Simple colour scheme with all walls one colour and doors, trim, ceiling and cabinetry a second colour. Apartment is currently empty and the job can start immediately (preference is to complete as soon as possible). There is a parking space in the basement of the building available for use in relation to the job - access is straight forward. Carpet will be replaced post job (i.e. no need to worry about most flooring surfaces).
