Finish painting house exterior

We are looking for someone to finish painting the exterior of our home. It is a 1930's weatherboard bungalow with timber joinery and a concrete foundation with a floor area of about 110m2. The weatherboards have been painted so it's the windows, soffits, front & back door, concrete foundations, and chimney we need painted. There are 10 windows in total. Some of the windows on the northwestern side of the house have flaking paint on the sills and the rest will need some basic prep work. We have the paint already for the windows and soffits but will need some paint for the concrete foundation and chimney. Would like the job complete this summer if possible.
