Small apartment (67sq) needs repairing. A small amount of prep required, but otherwise easy job. Reprinting same colour - maybe only one coat required.

Although the price initially quoted was fair, there were unexpected add-ons. I am interested to see how well the paint wears -I am concerned about some of the surface preparation. Although he generally came on the arranged days (most appreciated, as often there was often short notice from our part), he was not good at communicating known delays which was frustrating.

Addons were only for what was not on the original quotation which is how it works and for that too our price was a fair price like we always do.
