Strip and paint wall skirting and sash windows

Looking for someone who knows what they are doing - to strip multiple layers of paint from wall skirting and a two windows. Will also consider quote to repaint them. Need to get this done ASAP so I can get the place carpeted. Would prefer someone to do over weekend or after hours (but may be able to sort out normal daytime hours depending on the time it will take to complete).
