I have a 5 bed room house in St Johns which I am looking to paint the interior in January/February 2017. The area for painting is the carpeted area. The common areas are timber floored, and I will paint these latter I have calculated the area as follows: Master bed room L B Height Wall Area Window/door Area Net walls L B Ceiling Total --- Total --- Master bed room lobby --- Main wardrobe --- Lobby --- Study --- Bed room --- Top lobby --- Bed room --- Wardrobe --- Stairway --- Bedroom --- Lobby --- Entrance --- Total --- coats are required, and door and window sills are to be painted in gloss. Drawings area available of the house if required. Walls are in good condition but will require wash down and minor repairs
