Job description
We are looking for a painter to work with an owner of a block of flats. The property consists of 10 flats in total, within 4 buildings. Right now there is an interior and an exterior job to be completed. Going forward there will be more interiors and exteriors to start from scratch, as we are renovating flats constantly. We are looking for the type of person who is experienced, detailed orientated and does not cut corners. Also is self motivated and willing to work with the owner as directed. We are happy to provide all the paint and have some other tools of the trade available to use, if needed. The below price indication is just for the completion of the two areas we have currently. We would like to show the property to prospective painters and discuss the job scope in detail. Thanks Kylie
