Looking to get a ceiling painted in an apartment - it's a two-storied apartment but only the lower floor of the unit is required. A floor plan is attached but the ceiling area would be approximately 10m x 3.6m.

As can be seen from the photos there's a bit of cosmetic staining/discolouration around the kitchen area which is the main reason for getting this done. For context, the staining is from a leak originating from the floor above which was fully repaired approximately 2 years ago. No structural damage was identified at the time and the source has been confirmed resolved.

Apartment is located in Eden Terrace/Mount Eden and is on 3rd & 4th floor of a 4-floor building. No elevator in the building but apartment is located directly next to stairwell. Parking is available within the gates of the complex.

"Needed a ceiling painted due to some staining - Nick understood what needed to be done in terms of sanding/priming and did the job properly. Was quite a bit more expensive than some other quotes I had but I was willing to pay a bit more to be confident that the job would be done right and it was done properly and in good time. Communication was also good"
