Exterior house paint

We're getting our house ready to sell and are looking for a quote for the following work: * Chemwash (can arrange ourselves if not provided) * Patch up flaking paint on weather boards (small spots around the house) * Patch up smaller areas of cracking paint (seems to only be an issue on the side of the hosue that gets the full afternoon sun) * Patch up flaking paint and chips on window sills and frames (spots only) * Paint exterior chimney (full paint) Hubbie is already going around the house fixing anything that needs repairing so this should really just be about cleaning and painting the house exterior. We're open to a full repaint if necessary. Ideally we would like this job to be completed by end of March at the latest.
