Skim and paint needed asap

Hi there Part skim and paint to 15% of house. include dinning , kitchen, 1 bedroom and some small walls. I've attached mark-ups for your review. The plan shows the key lengths and the locations where the photos were taken. The images should help you understand the scope of work we're looking at. Please review and provide an indicative cost. It would then be great if you could come to the site to check the wall quality. Seeing it in person will help us know exactly what we're dealing with. Floor protection and product should be included. noting we have the following paint already: 9L of wall paint (Blackwhite) 4L of primer Looking to start asap
