Bring 4.2m/85kg benchtop up a level through balcony

We are putting in a new kitchen (DIY) which comes with a 4.2m (85kg) benchtop (laminate). The kitchen is on the 1st floor but the benchtop is too long to go up through stairs. The benchtop will need to be brought in through a balcony, it may need a [gas] lift to bring it up, but the benchtop will need to stay on it's side as it may break if not handled carefully. This is required in the 1-3 weeks, the cabinets are not yet in place, and as I just injured my back I am not 100% sure when it's ready
