I was charged $1214 to move a 2 bedroom unit to storage! Stacey had no idea what he was doing. Had to repack the storage unit numerous times, said it wouldn't fit even though and had it all in storage before. There was plenty of room left over. Asked him to drop off 4 pot plants to another house. He quoted me an extra 15 mins charged me an hour? Phoned him to discuss my concerns and all he did was tell at me and refused to consider a refund. Over charged, disgraceful customer service, no idea!

"This Client was charged $1056+gst for 6.25 hours she agreed to the price when quoted our hourly rate and signed a contract to that effect .She paid in full on completion of the job with no complaints . She had more than a normal 2 bed move 1 drop to another address took 1 hr trip Unloaded truck into small Unit . 2 weeks later calls me and says i ripped her off other people told her it shouldn't have taken so long (yeah Right) and she wanted a refund Crazy!"
