Help to Move from Paremata to Plimmerton

Would like some help moving Bigger furniture items from Paremata to Plimmerton. Items are Fridge, bed, bedside tabels, desk, dining table, tv cabinet, dresser, couch (3 seater) Need to move the week of the 8th June. New Flat is up L shape stairs second floor
