Furniture removal - experience essential

One off removal. One piece of furniture, a sofa is located in a house upstairs. It needs to come out. But it’s a tight space to get it out of. We did get it in there but I tried with some men recently to get it out and we struggled to get it out and round the corner. I need help from someone used to solving this kind of problem. We can take two doors off and the feet off. Sofa is in my mother’s house so there needs to be no damage to the walls and doors. Sofa needs to be taken 10 mins up the road and taken inside and upstairs which shd be fairly easy.
