45mins after the removal was meant to commence I was able to get the Boss to answer and confirm we were booked in.About30mins driver phoned to explain the start will be 2 hours late.I was never told prior that the Storage was with another operator National Storage.It was slow job getting our furniture up a lift and along narrow corridors to the storageshed.Should have gone to Nth Shore storage facility.Toolate to be told on the day.Very good workers though No ability to pay by credit card .
