Relocate a garage from Dairy Flat to Bayswater

Dismantle, relocate and reassemble a garage to new site. Ideally oversee construction of the concrete pad for the new site.

Garage currently in Dairy Flat and want it relocated to Bayswater.

Will definitely need dismantling - possibly to 'flat-pack' as quite large.

Also, the garage is currently 12 M x 5M and I want it to be 6M x 5M to fit within the upcoming changes to building regulations when you don't need a consent for garages up to 30M2. As it stands it looks like it could be cut in half without much trouble.

It will still need to comply though - so --- please.
