House relocation on site and sleepout removal

Hi We have a 5x5m sleepout that needs to be removed before we can move the old house to the rear of the property. It will also need to be rotated 180 degrees before becoming two storey. The front section will be build before this will happen so access will be limited. I need to lock down a mover ASAP so the building can start. I have consented plans I can send on demand
