There are 4 houses , that have been, relocated to a site in Otara and resource consent requires both a structural engineer and geo engineer approval and a LBP inspection. The structural engineer and geo engineer have approved the 4 houses and construction, but the lbp I was using have left Auckland permanently. Please contact myself Bruce
