Expression of interest to move a Portacom 12m x 8.7m. The portacom is on a site in Lowerhutt. It will be separated into 2 halves and moved 250m along the road. Currently sits on wooden plies. Power / storm water / data / air conditioners will need to be disconnected from the building. The center walls either end and roof joint will need to be disassembled. HIAB Transport is organized. The new site up the road will need new piles laid, the building strapped to the piles and the two halves re connected. Services as described above re attached. Power / data / storm water may need to be laid in a trench across a gravel driveway to connect to the main building. The piles on the original site removed from the ground, site cleared and rubbish removed. Ideally a contractor that can co-ordinate the entire task utilizing their team of sub contractors.
