Internal Wall Removal

We would like to remove a wall between the kitchen and lounge. I'm pretty sure the wall is load bearing. We will need initial visit to determine if it is load bearing Will then need plans on changes required Will will need consent (I think, as its a modification to a load bearing wall and hence plans) And then to do the work to removing the wall and any structural changes required in the removal I would like someone to be able to do all of the above. We will finish off anything like plastering or painting. I would like an quote for work required. Can arrange visits to scope it out in person. See the attached picture showing the wall in questions. I've also added a plan of pervious modification where the door way was widen. We will like to get this under soon as I can see it taking time to get consent etc if that is required.
