Lifting 2 x Couches over fence and balcony to gain access to Lounge

We want to purchase 2 large, heavy sofa suites that cannot be brought upstairs internally, so need to get them in through the double doors on the 2and storey deck. The deck doesn't have stair access. We have a flat concrete driveway immediately next to front fence 1.8m high, couches would need to be lifted over the fence and then over glass panels on deck, to get inside. Assuming this will need a hi lift/mobile crane. The couches would already be delivered on site and stored in garage so job would purely be conducted here. Good access, wide open aggregate driveway. Largest couch is 2.78m long.
