looking for boat builder or marine company to undertake maintenance and upgrades. please indicate which jobs you can undertake. work to be completed by 1.12.20, although later finish negotiable. payment by direct credit weekly, or contract price. can provide photos, yacht currently in Mahurangi or I could take it to GH for viewing. replace worn teak decking in cockpit. epoxy glass/ply underneath. replace approx. 100 teak plugs in deck and toe rail ( deck recorked 8 yrs ago ). renew teak coamings in cockpit. repaint topsides ( previously resprayed in 2012) . International YRA600 and Interspray 900 , Surface is in good condition, but discolours along waterline. minor repairs to hard dodger. install electric halyard winch. install new diesel engine, shaft drive. Bukh replaced with Beta Marine. I have owned Option One for 15 years. Built in !984. Dble skin kauri, epoxy glass. In good condition, regular maintenance. mostly done by myself up until now. unfortunately I now have Parkinsons, and need help to keep Option One looking A1. I am realistic about the cost.... she is a great yacht to sail ( been up to Fiji ), rather than buy a plastic replacement I am am keen to upgrade her for my family to continue sailing.
