Fibreglass hull repair for dinghy

The part of the transom of my Phase II fibreglass dinghy which supports the lower rudder pintle has given way, as shown in the attached photos. I need a tradesperson who knows what they are doing with marine fibreglass repairs to fix it and make the boat seaworthy again.
