Fix Jet Ski hull damage

I have a 10-15cm ish scratch underneath my ski which slowly allows water in. Pretty sure you'll be able to repair fully from the outside only. But if you do need to go inside, the gas tank needs taking out (its just clipped in) added pic for reference. Maybe allow some extra time in case its difficult to remove. Im not needing an absolute perfect looking repair - its underneath the ski so as long as it keeps the water out and is painted black after, im happy.
