Minor boat repairs and spray painting (5m cabin fibreglass boat)

I have a 5m fibreglass boat that I want to put back on the water. Removed some layers of the old paint from the deck and started on the hull. I will be in Australia for the next 6 months so I need someone to finish the job. The boat is completely stripped. All wiring, windows, motor etc has been removed. There are a few spots that will require minor fibreglass work also. The photo shows a puncture/soft spot on the hull that needs fixing. There is also a 300mm x 100mm section that has to be inserted on the front windscreen. Cut out by the previous owner to insert a hatch. I'm open to hearing of different marine paint systems, but I want good prep so the paint stays on. I've seen some dodgy workmanship on this boat.
