50H Mariner Outboard - Tilt Trim Motor replacement

I own a 2 Stroke 50 H Mariner. Currently having issues with the Tilt/Trim. Engine goes down but stuggles to come up completly. My guess is is the Trim Motor requires requires replacing. The up down swith on the engine is also showing signs of a being faulty. I require a mechanic to diagnose and fix this issue for aa good price.
