Fiberglass boat hole fix

Hi there, Just enquiring about fixing a small hole in 1985 fibreglass sea nymph boat. I put a bolt from the trailer through my hull, the hole is about 5cm by 2cm. It is just above where the sealed hull starts although a shelf on the inside means you can access the other side of the hole. See photos attached. Just wondering roughly what the cost of this would be and when you would be able to get it done by? Thank you, Lachlan Woods
