Fibreglassing transom extension mould

We have constructed a timber mould of a transom extension for displacement launch. Size 4000x900x450mm To be made in Polyester Fibreglass Has two dividers for additional support and some stiffness to be glasses in during laminations. Has a Flange of approx 40mm around too so the kid can be glasses on at a later date. Thickness will end up around 10mm but would like some input regarding this. Since this picture we have cover and filled the corners, gaps and screws plus the top flange.
