Boat Rudder and tiller repair

I am looking for someone to help to build a rudder and a tiller for my keeler boat. The boat is moored in Hobson bay in Auckland (near Orakei Marina) and after a big storm, the rudder broke completely and drifted away... The only piece left is a broken tiller. The boat is a Class Cavalier 26 and it's moored in Hobson Bay. The metallic part that kept the rudder attached to the boat broke as well so need replacement. I need someone who is able to build a rudder including the part that will allow me to fix it on the boat. I have attached some pictures + a pic of the boat before the storm.
