Door handle repair
Job description
Old rental villa front door handle is loose. Screws appear to be rusted through and embedded into the wood of the door. Handle is passage set only (does not contain a lock). Needs repair or replacement. Have a replacement handle but unsure if it is suitable for the purpose.

I cannot rate Paul highly enough for his attention to this job. Paul showed a high level of professionalism, responding quickly and providing me with clear and accurate costings. He went out of his way to source a reasonably priced solution to the replacement of a period door handle, sent me photographs of the items, kept me informed of progress, negotiated with our tenants and generally made everything simple and easy. All this attention to what was a relatively minor job shows his commitment to his customers. I couldn't be happier and would have no hesitation is using Paul again and recommending him to others to do the same.
