Door lock & handle repair and expol insulation to install

We need work done to our rental property in Tokoroa Need repairs done to 2 for handles that jammed up and one door has damage from when forced open after jamming. The security lock on the sliding door needs to be moved to a better location as it doesn't even work. There is also damage in the door sill from the incorrect installation. There's is expol polystyrene insulation sitting in bags under the house that needs to actually be installed. Thanks
