Dead bolt lock install x2

Hello, I am looking to improve the security of my front door and wondering if it would be possible to install a dead bolt lock? The back door also needs to be improved - there is currently an extra lock only lockable from the inside but it is broken and no longer have the key (see pictures) so a replacement of that would be great. Hoping to get this done as soon as possible as I have just had a difficult tenant leave. Many thanks.
