Patio door lock has broken - repair/placement required asap
Job description
Hi there, The lock on one of our patio doors has broken......unfortunately the door is closed/locked and cannot be unlocked/reopened. Kids were "playing" with it (more like fighting and locking each other out!) and heard something break and fall inside the frame while messing with the lever. Attached photos are of one of the other doors to let you know what type of door/mechanism we're dealing with. Would like to get repaired (replaced) asap. Thanks
