Replace front door lock

We have a newish aluminium front door. The sales guy put on a cheap door handle fitting. We want a handle and key and pin number type lock that is superior to the current one. We walk the dog so having one that locks upon closing but can be unlocked by keypad. I don't need lots of electrical wiring but could go for a battery operated one or some mechanical lock.
