Door Knobs

Looking at 3 Doorknobs. 2 of 3 Exterior knobs ( toilet and shower room) not working properly which may be attributed to the latch. Ideally, we salvage the doorknobs by fixing the issue. If we need to replace the entire system, that's fine and builder to provide the materials. 3 of 3 doorknobs - self installed and just need some proper tightening. didn't get it right.
