2013 Kia Cerato transponder/proximity key not working after battery change

Transponder key for (push button) NZ New Kia Cerato 2013 not 'talking to the car' after attempt at changing the 2032 pill battery - picture from vehicle hand-book included here for reference. Still unlocking the car with the back-up physical key in the meantime and starting/driving the car as per the hand-book instructions for a 'non-working' fob. Spoke briefly to the car dealer from where the vehicle was purchased and they inform me that the car will need to be left with them for a diagnostics check. Keen to find out if there is someone in the area with the correct equipment and know-how for this sort of job and if so, what the ball park will be in terms of costs, of course? Reasonably flexible in terms of time-frame. Thank you!
