Replace front door lock with keyless lock

I am wanting to change my current front door lock to a keyless system. Ideally keypad or fingerprint access but I live in a modern townhouse which is part of a body corp. I can change the facings of the lock but can only use existing holes.

Supply and Install Smart Lock

Wish to change this lock to a digital smart lock. Keen to keep the pull handle on the door so need a smaller type lock that is not only functional but fits this and looks good. Is for an external front door so can be exposed to the weather at times. 60mm backset. 40mm thick door. Current lock mechanism is a double turn Windsor mortise lock.
