Active job

Lock is frozen. May need to be replaced.

Picture attached shows the lock that I'd like to have fully functional on our old building. We have students helping stripping back the door to repaint, but I can't get the door to open for them to access all the edges. There's a key and the lock appears to turn, but the bolt is not moving. It may need to be replaced. I'd really like to find someone to do this for Thursday this week (anytime) or Friday (between 1pm-4pm). Picture shows the door, and the top lock is what I need to be working.
