Smart lock and new night latch to be installed on existing door. All lock hardware supplied. - existing door hardware to be removed - existing night latch removed. - recess where night latch was to be filled - line up lock latch with existing strike plate - install night latch and electronic key pad and batteries batteries Work to be carried out by builder with experience with positioning of locks. Owner will make good paint work and existing hardware.
