Hi, need to install lock on bathroom cavity slider and install 4 window stays on 2nd and 3rd story of townhouse. Please supply all parts.

Hook mounted wonky, filler too thin, now has hole and old handle destroyed when removed, initially installed too wide. He did charge us less to make up for it though.

I ask you if you where happy with the job and you checked it in front of me and said yes if you where not happy the with work you should give the person a chance to fix the mistake and not just give bad reviews.
