Replacement door knob and lock
Job description
Hi there, The door knob to my front door is broken, so the door is completely stuck and can’t open. It has had some trouble in the past so think it may just completely need replacing. The deadbolt lock is fine, but the bit that goes into the doorframe when the door is closed is stuck out, so we can’t open the door at all. I need urgent help please because none of the other doors lock from the outside so it means we can’t leave. Thanks,
