Secure garage tilt a door with a bolt and provide a new key

Would like to secure a garage tilt a door with an external bolt or similar, for extra security. The door is probably original from the house built in the 1960's. The key has never been able to be found, so we would like a key. The door is currently fitted with a remote control Merlin auto door opener which is working fine, however we would now like to disconnect this opening method and prefer a key and bolt instead. Location is Mt Eden, city end. The door is metal and the area of house surrounding the door is concrete block. You will be paid promptly and someone will be available on site to help you if required. Parking is available off-street.
