New difital front door lock

I want to get a digital door lock installed at our flat in Epsom, as a number of flatmates have come and gone and stolen things, so wanting to have a lock that we can change the combination of when people leave so that they can no longer get access with their old key. I have attached 3 photos of the existing front door lock. The landlord has said he will pay for the lock, but up to $348, and I will need to pay for the labour. The reason he has said $348 is that he likes the lock below.

I originally suggested a $150 digital lock to him but he said that the lock I suggested isn’t as good as the deadbolt already installed, as it was basically a lockable latch only, is less secure, and doesn’t take into account the hardware that is already fitted in the door. He said that what he thinks is best is a lock that can be incorporated into the existing dead bolt in the door and he attached the photo from the Bunnings website as he thinks it is more fit for purpose.
