Booked these guys to install heTpump which they said they could do. Didn't have a clue what they were doing and spent most of the time on the phone getting instructions from someone else. Needless to say the heat pump doesn't work. Had a professional come in to see what is wrong and apparently they have totally broken it and it's not worth fixing. I am now out of pocket $2,000.00 !!!! Need I say more.
