I would like a quote to replace the 10 downlights in my apartment. These are currently low-voltage LED lights and I would like to update them to the newer mains powered model. I believe this a change from the MR16 to the GU10 type. One of the main reasons for the switch is to enable better performance of smart-bulb lighting solutions.
The current setup is that 8 of the lights in the living area are operated on 2 switches - 4 lights each. The other 2 are in the bedroom on a single switch.
Currently all the lights are connected to a dimmer switches, which I will not be needing, however the tenants after me may use so if these can remain that would be ideal.
We haven't bought the new fittings as yet, so if you could include these in the quote, but detail the type of fitting that is required that would be great in case the landlord wishes to source these themselves. Please include any other information that you think would be needed in this regard.
The landlord has also asked for quotes to replace the wall sconce lights (pictures attached) with something more modern and something that uses a bulb that is more readily available. There are 6 of these throughout the apartment. They don't have any ideas on what they would like and are seeking options for these
