I need to replace some old spot lights in my living room (6 - all existing recessed R65 down lights) with LEDs. There is also one new recessed LED down light required for the kitchen/dining area (currently has a hanging light with light shade). There is also a combination heatlamp/extractor fan fitting (either a Manrose or a Goldair) in the bathroom that needs the wiring checked or to be replaced. One heat lamp fitting and the centre LED fitting are not working (it is not blown bulbs as new replacements do not work in the sockets either).
