Supply and install LED strip lights for vertical microgreen growing

Hi i've tried to source some practical LED grow lights for a tiered rack grow room in my garage in Algies Bay, Warkworth. I have have some shelving coming that is 2m high by 2m long and 60cm deep. I bought some lights they are here: hortitek-growsaber-60w-led-6500k-1500mm but although they cover a decent area for my rack 1.7m by .8m, I am losing one row of potential shelving because they require 500mm of space from bottom of light to soil level. Ideally id have 2 x 20w LEDs at 6500k side by side , 22cm from bottom of light to soil. These need to be water resistant. I've searched google over and over and can't find anything that looks good for my budget. I'd be open to lights .9m or 1.2m long, but as I need a lot of these they need to be reasonably priced for bulk as in 70 lights roughly. I'd like someone to source some lights for me and supply with the option to help install or I can use a local electrician.
