Qty 15 street light poles require accessing - either by lowering & subsequently re-errecting the poles or via scissorlift - for mechanical removal of minor corrosion, treatment of affected areas using a suitable rust converter (phosphoric acid base or similar) and refininshing the entire pole metal surfaces with a long-term corrosion-resistant gloss paint in colour "Pewter". Paint may be sprayed (ensuring adequate environmental protection) or hand applied provided the finished product offers an attractive appearance free from brush marks, paint runs etc. Qty 2 x 900 high fixed traffic bollards also require refinishing in a similar manner which work can likely be carried out in situ. Notes: 1. Evidence of public liability insurance will be required for the award of all aspects of this work 2. If light poles are lowered for access electrical disconnection and reconnection may be required in which case a properly certified electrician will be required to conduct that work. 3. All work should be covered by a minimum 5 year warranty period
