Flood Light not working

Hello, We had our Kitchen renovated and at the time of moving wires etc for appliance the sparky and me thought the 2 switches in the kitchen turn on the outdoor flood lights, which were not working since buying the house. These have since been replaced and the 2 switches do not turn the lights on. Testing and checking the switch connection is needed. Not a large job
