We have replaced two fluorescent bulbs, but the light fixture doesn't work still. We have three lights in the garage with two bulbs in each. When one light didn't work about 5 years ago, we had to have an electrician come in and repair it. Perhaps a new electrical ballast (I Googled to see what might be the issue and it might be this)? I phoned the place where I bought the bulbs and he said ballasts might not be sold anymore as things are going to LED? So not sure if we can get the light workin...

I have an outside light that needs replacing as it's hanging off the wall after the cyclone and filling with water. I would also like a bathroom fan installed. My electrician friend said it could be easily done using the existing light switch.
